Lemoge Clinics faced the difficult task of connecting seven separate locations with distinct identities into one unified brand whilst keeping their individual character and local customer base. They needed to create an experience guiding visitors through multiple locations whilst maintaining a clear, simple path to booking. The technical side required connecting seven different booking systems, each with different services and appointment availability that needed to be shown clearly to users.

Our layouts included advanced location-based features automatically highlighting the nearest clinic to each visitor whilst still providing easy access to services across all London locations. We designed specialised booking journey layouts simplifying the complex process of selecting location, practitioner, treatment and time into a straightforward, step-by-step process with minimal friction.
The user journey analysis identified critical decision points for beauty treatment research and booking, placing reassurance content and qualification questions at key moments improving conversion rates. We created interactive models letting all seven clinic teams test and provide location-specific feedback, informing refinements to both overall and local user experiences.



We created a premium visual identity system elevating the Lemoge Clinics brand whilst allowing subtle differences between locations through secondary colours and imagery.
Our design approach balanced clinical trustworthiness with beauty aspirations, using sophisticated photography and typography conveying both medical expertise and beauty-enhancing results. We developed custom interface elements for treatment showcase sections, creating interactive before/after comparisons and procedure explanations educating potential clients on available options.
The responsive design was carefully built maintaining critical trust signals and booking functionality on all devices, recognising most beauty treatment clients research on phones.
We designed location-specific visual elements including neighbourhood imagery, clinic interior photos, and practitioner portraits creating a sense of place and personal connection for each of the seven locations.
